The castle rises on three floors above ground and the façade, which presents numerous superfetations, is particularly noteworthy and it is enclosed between two barbicans, one of which is obtained from the false front of the ramp. The facade consists of three buildings; the central one is the connection between two structural elements and the lower one, introduced into the courtyard.
Inside the courtyard, flanked by a deep well, we find an imposing stone staircase that connects the main floor to the two opposite ramps. From the corridor that surrounds the courtyard you have access to the various halls, all paved in original terracotta, with ceilings with chestnut beams and barrel vaults, polished stone fireplaces and restored stone walls. Elements that we also find on the upper floors and that characterize this majestic castle for sale in Arezzo.
The ancient tower and the church to be restored are also very impressive.
The Castle is surrounded by a park, with an English garden close the building, which in turn is surrounded by a lush forest. Within the property there are also 5 hectares of olive groves, and it is mainly cultivated with the Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, Coreggiolo varieties.
