On the right with respect to the first courtyard, there is the largest rustic, currently divided into two residential units, while on the left, in a slightly lower terrace, there is the second building.
Both buildings, original from the 1800s, were renovated in 2001 keeping the characteristics of the Tuscan properties: ceilings characterized by beams, rafters and bricks, original wooden window frames and terracotta floors.
Both buildings are surrounded by private courtyards and a well-kept garden, equipped with barbecue, and divided by furniture into dining and relaxation areas.
The main building, of approximately 210 square meters, has an L-shaped configuration. On the longest side there is the old wood-fired pizza oven with a cover and an external storage room. On the other side, a spacious cellar with access from the outside.

From the dining room, along a hallway, you reach the service bathroom and the eat-in kitchen connected to the functional pantry-laundry room.
A stone staircase leads to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom as well as an additional bathroom.
This level also has an independent entrance from the outside that leads to an independent apartment, useful in the case of staff.
The apartment consists of a dining room, a kitchenette, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
Crossing the common courtyard we reach the cottage of about 90 square meters, which rises on three floors above ground.
You enter the cottage directly in the living area with fireplace, climbing the stone staircase you reach the first floor, where there are the large Tuscan-style kitchen and the first double bedroom. Complete this level a bathroom with shower. On the second floor we find the attic, currently used as a bedroom, and a large bathroom with shower.
Outside a pergola for outdoor dining with barbecue. The area dedicated to the swimming pool is located on a lower terrace than the two buildings.
The swimming pool has a unique exposure, overlooking the entire valley and protected by the surrounding hills, where the ancient churches stand out, offering unique views to anyone who relaxes in the solarium.
The pool area is equipped with a shower and a functional octagonal gazebo where you can refresh yourself from the sun on the hottest days.
