The building, originally the farmer’s house set in a wider farmstead, is externally characterized by the classical stone and brick walls and internally by ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta floorings.
The property is divided into two different but adjacent units, surrounded by a land of about 4,000 sqm.
The first unit, spread over three floors: on the ground floor you can find a peculiar living-room directly connected to the large external porched patio, ideal place for lunches and dinners outdoors wich overlooks the valley, in addition to a wonderful kitchen dominated by a large stone fireplace.

The position is strategic to reach all the main Tuscan art cities such as Lucca at 12 km, Pisa at 40 km, Florence at 70 km, besides Montecatini, Pescia and Collodi. The beaches of Versilia are about 40 km away.
Lucchesia area includes a flat territory of about 300 sq km (called “La Piana di Lucca”) extending around the historical walled town, as well as a hilly landscape surrounding and protecting the flatlands of Lucca.
The hills of Lucca are dotted with aristocratic villas featuring peculiar architectures and lush parks, old medieval parish churches, small towns full of history, besides vineyards rows and olive groves on terraces which depict the most authentic features of this land that makes Tuscany famous all over the world.
