The property, located in one of the most iconic locations on the Tuscan coast, stands on a 1,570 m² plot and consists of a main villa spread over three levels of approximately 625 m² and an independent two-storey annexe of approximately 150 m².
The park, planted with hedges and tall trees, is equipped with an irrigation and lighting system. The garden has a swimming pool currently measuring 21 square metres, which can be expanded to 12 x 6 metres.
