The historic villa, for sale in Lucca, is characterised by the choice of new solutions and forms with respect to the traditional and repeated schemes of 16th century origin, as can be seen in the definition of the elevations and in the presence of the loggia that concludes the main façade. This part of the building, which is also sometimes referred to as the 'belvedere', is concluded by intermediate columns, following an architectural solution that was relatively widespread in the 17th century and that would continue into the following century.
The villa, which is not used today, although it has undergone various restorations over the years, suffers from the need to carry out ordinary and extraordinary maintenance works that are in any case preordained to the future reuse of the property. These interventions must be preliminarily approved by the offices of the Superintendency of Monuments of Lucca.
